The FillMax Serial is a fast electric filling machine made specifically for filling large batches by color. The lacquer goes into a stainless steel funnel with a capacity of 1 to 5 liters. You can fill 48 aerosol cans without refilling. Now that’s pleasant!
The thrust of the motor is infinitely adjustable. For convenience, you only need to set the settings right once at the beginning. Of course, depending on the paint type and viscosity. You have the ability to adjust the thrust to your liking. This convenient feature also allows you to fill paint pens or other small jars very quickly and cleanly.
With all these features, you can make 240 pieces per hour, with only one person at the controls.

The FillMax Serial is not suitable for placement in EX zones.
- Production with the FillMax Serial causes no formation of gases or risk of explosion
- Therefore, filling does not produce an “explosion atmosphere
- Use the FillMax Serial preferably in conjunction with local mechanical extraction. This not for the removal of “explosive atmospheres,” but for human health.
- Ask yourself why the FillMax Serial should be in an ATEX zone.
Service information
We manufacture the FillMax machines in the Netherlands. All parts are available from stock.
If there is a malfunction, we proceed as follows:
- You report the machine to us by emailing the completed repair form to info@fillmax.eu. This allows us to collect the parts needed ahead of time.
- We will have the machine with failure picked up from you. You package it exactly as it arrived new to you.
- We check the malfunction and repair your machine.
- Should the failure be a warranty case, we exchange the machines in the same way. The cost is for FillMax.
- If the failure is due to user error, we will charge repair and transportation costs after consultation.
